TELOSNRG REORGANISE AND MAKE NEW LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS

Back to Insights and News

In recognition of the company’s progress since its foundation in 2017 and to meet future opportunities and challenges, TelosNRG has restructured its leadership and management team. At the top of the company there has a been a redefining and re-distribution of leadership roles and elsewhere within the organisation, new managers have been appointed. The management changes took effect during August and will remain under constant review. As the founder of TelosNRG and its now CEO, Nicol Shepherd told the company at a townhall meeting,

‘We have progressed by being flexible and ready to adapt. What we are doing now is organising ourselves to consolidate those advances made so far, and to prepare the company for future developments. Flexibility is central to our approach and the new appointment of managers especially will enable us to evaluate roles and where appropriate, allocate resources to consolidate these.’

Crucial to the orderly development of any company is the appointment of competent and insightful technical and business managers. To this end, the following staff have been awarded management roles:

  • Genevieve Wingrave has become Head of HSEQ
  •  Steve Windass will take the role of Head of Technical Services.

Supporting these new roles will be the existing executive leadership team whose own responsibilities in terms of the day to day running of the company will change.

  • Nicol Shepherd has become the CEO
  • Keith Bush has assumed the roles of COO & CFO
  • Paul Lafferty has taken responsibility for technical issues as Director E&P
  • Angus Miller has shifted to take up the role of company Chairman.

Supporting the new leadership roles, Shozey Jafferi, external Board Advisor, will retain his post in both advising the Board and helping staff with their BD development.

Said Keith Bush, supporting the thoughts of CEO Nicol Shepherd,

‘As a member of the Telos Board and the executive team, I confirm that we have spent a long time looking at our strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and unanimously concluded that change is in the interest of all those involved in Telos. Not only that, but it will also help with client relationships and the crucial goal of continuing to build the business’.
