Challenge
Our client had a large and complex field development study to complete. They requested our expertise in project management, wells and facilities, to provide technical input and supervision of their own integrated field development study team.
Approach
Following a meeting with the client to align on objectives and to ensure communication lines, we identified project risks as well as critical success factors. We developed a breakdown of critical activities necessary to deliver success, highlighting additional opportunities for value improvement.
Solution
Telos developed a project execution and controls plan which described the necessary resources, activities, and project controls to fulfil the objectives of the study.
Working as an integral part of our clients’ team, we helped align existing client resources as well as our own, to develop and work through to conclusion the various study scenarios.
Outcome
With our client, we developed a detailed study report and presentations outlining the study results and future development options, as well as areas for future work and investigation.
